Price List for Kitchen staples

This is a great price list from Southern Savers!  Staple Items to stockpile

To keep your pantry stocked and not have to demand buy.  We want to grab the staples of our kitchen when they are at their lowest price and stock up on them. Many of the items on this list you can get at even lower prices, but a goal should be to get them at the price listed or less. Stock up when you see that price and then you are set for any recipe that you come across.


Saving yourself from running to the store for that one item will not only save time, but also save a ton of money. Whenever I “run to the store” I will pay retail for things that I need. It’s just the way sales work.
